In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind preparing and maintaining a wide variety of recreational vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive RV prep work, including cleaning, detailing, and minor cosmetic repairs to ensure vehicles are presentation-ready. Conduct mechanical inspections and repairs, focusing on systems such as transmissions, suspensions, HVAC, brakes, and electrical components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues efficiently. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and fluid checks. Repair or replace essential systems including plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and auto body components to ensure safety and functionality. Support the assembly of RV components and equipment repair to prepare vehicles for customer delivery or display. Work collaboratively with team members to meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols involving heavy lifting and equipment handling. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Knowledge of electrical systems, transmissions, suspension systems, HVAC units, tire service, brake repair, and diesel engine repair. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and automotive electrical systems diagnostics. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in vehicle maintenance including oil changes and alignment procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Prior experience with auto body repair or equipment repair is a plus; familiarity with plumbing or HVAC systems is advantageous. Join us in delivering exceptional RV experiences!
