Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to be the bridge between our customers and our technicians.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with care and professionalism Write accurate repair orders and explain recommended services Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Provide clear, transparent estimates and keep customers informed throughout the process Help maintain a positive and efficient service department environment
What We're Looking For:
1-3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (or similar role) Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Experience with Auto/Mate DMS a plus
