Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our clients' vehicles. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Apply detailing products to enhance the vehicle's appearance and protect surfaces. Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Assist with window tinting as needed, ensuring quality application and adherence to regulations. Utilize janitorial skills for maintaining a clean workspace and equipment. Drive vehicles safely within the facility as required. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in automotive detailing. Experience in buffing and polishing surfaces to achieve optimal shine is a plus. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving vehicles on-site. Janitorial or custodial experience is beneficial for maintaining cleanliness standards. Attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
