Auto Dealership Service Cashier/Operator (Plymouth) Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - 3.0 Plymouth, MI Job Details Part-time $15 - $18 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Filing High school diploma or GED Driver's License Computer skills Multi-line phone systems Full Job Description Part-Time Receptionist / Service Cashier Opportunity Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist / Service Cashier to join our team. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we are happy to train a motivated candidate with the right skills. Pay will be based on experience.
Schedule Requirements Mondays & Thursdays:
4:00 PM - 8:00
PM Saturdays:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM The ideal candidate presents a polished, professional image and enjoys working directly with customers. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are important. Consistent attendance and reliability are essential. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system Direct callers to the appropriate department and take accurate messages Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and administrative support Process service payments and handle cashiering responsibilities Maintain high ethical and professional standards when handling customer transactions Qualifications Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Cash handling experience strongly preferred Automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and be trained High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear written and verbal communication abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Background check and drug screening required for employment Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a family-owned and operated business with over 45 years of serving our community.
