The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and maintenance. This role requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to perform various automotive repairs and maintenance. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles. You will have access to AllData and Identifix. Also new hoists were put in earlier this year. Duties Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to diagnose issues accurately. Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify problems and determine necessary repairs. Align wheels and ensure proper vehicle handling. Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Experience as an Automotive Technician Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with automotive diagnostics software is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certifications are a plus.
