Full-time Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers. If you have a passion for automotive service, are knowledgeable about power tools, and are comfortable with sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
  • Perform routine oil changes, tire rotations, and other vehicle maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicles as needed.
  • Operate power tools and equipment to perform tasks such as brake pad replacements and suspension repairs.
  • Align wheels and provide tire balancing services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Work efficiently to meet customer expectations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dealership standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in an automotive repair or service environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service, repair, and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with power tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
