- Have we met? What the ideal candidate will do: Assemble electro-mechanical systems and machinery using hand and power tools. Perform complex electrical assembly, including wiring of panels, components, and cables. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during assembly. Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications. Communicate with customers as needed to provide updates and ensure requirements are met. Support general maintenance tasks. Must be a U.S. Person. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, including panel wiring and cable installation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Strong attention to detail with working knowledge of basic quality inspection processes. Effective communication, math, and computer skills required.
