- Work alongside experienced, Ford-certified technicians Health Benefits & Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunities The Certified Ford Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and Ford manufacturer standards , while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and Ford standards Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions across a wide range of systems (engine, electrical, drivability, etc.) Complete all repairs according to applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to verify quality and completeness of repairs Document work performed, test procedures/results, and time according to company procedures Maintain an inventory of required hand and power tools Qualifications Ford Certification required (or actively working toward certification) Prior automotive repair experience required ASE certifications a plus Strong team player with a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Best-in-Class Benefits Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short
