Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Mechanic to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our facility is safe, reliable, and performs at its best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse automotive systems, utilize advanced diagnostic tools, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and suspension repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for mechanical repairs and auto body work when necessary. Service diesel engines and perform specialized repairs such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and air brake system maintenance. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides to execute repairs efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with brand-specific systems such as GM vehicles or similar makes. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, transmissions, and powertrain components. Hands-on experience with auto estimating software is a plus. Ability to work with various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair machinery safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge of auto body repair techniques is advantageous. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, Schematics reading skills, and experience with ADAS calibration. $15.00 - $60.00 per hour
