This role supports customer satisfaction by completing routine maintenance to dealership and factory standards while maintaining a clean, professional work area. Key responsibilities include oil and filter services, basic inspections, tire pressure checks, fluid top-offs, and communicating recommended lubrication/safety services through the service lane.
Required qualifications/skills:
Valid drivers license High school diploma/GED (or equivalent combination of education/experience) Ability to follow repair orders accurately, work efficiently, and prioritize safety
Pay:

A Typical Shift Youll start by reviewing the days repair orders, setting up the bay, and confirming the correct materials and specifications. Throughout the shift, youll move vehicles through the lane with attention to cleanliness and detail, documenting findings and notifying the service advisor promptly if anything changes a vehicles condition or appearance. Youll stay alert to equipment performance, escalating defects or malfunctions to your supervisor, and youll wrap up by keeping the workspace organized for the next vehicle and the next team.
