Why This Role Stands Out Busy shop = steady paychecks (no sitting around waiting for work) Strong advisor team driving hours to the shop Clean, organized facility + supportive leadership Career path to A Tech / Master Tech Part of Lithia & Driveway - one of the largest automotive groups in the country What You'll Be Doing Perform diagnostics and repairs efficiently and accurately Handle brakes, suspension, electrical, engine repair, and maintenance work Complete repair orders clearly and correctly Road test vehicles to ensure quality work Work closely with advisors to keep jobs moving Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Continue training and grow your skillset What We're Looking For 3-5 years of automotive technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple systems ASE certifications (or working toward them) Manufacturer training is a plus Own tools Valid driver's license If you can flag hours and want more opportunity—we have the work.
