About the Apprenticeship This program allows you to work side‑by‑side with our North America expert and global engineering team. You will help build and maintain the world's largest measurement database and support the collision repair industry with accurate, OEM‑validated information. What You'll Do Collaborate with automotive OEM teams to influence vehicle design for improved serviceability Assist in the creation and validation of vehicle measuring points, clamping data, and set‑up information Support design and testing of vehicle mounting and clamping systems Participate in serviceability trials and competitive benchmarking Identify essential mounting fixtures and clamps for company products Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards Support engineering, service teams, and product manual reviews Help maintain and author new service information What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the collision industry 2+ years of automotive collision repair experience 2+ years of vehicle assembly/disassembly/repair experience Strong mathematical and geometry skills Ability to work closely with a mentor Hands‑on experience with vehicle disassembly and reassembly Preferred Qualifications I‑CAR or ASE Collision Repair certifications CAD software experience Welding experience (Steel, Aluminum, UHSS) ADAS knowledge Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills If your experience doesn't match every requirement but you believe you can bring value, we encourage you to apply. #
