Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and customer service will help drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive repair and sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building trust with clients. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues to facilitate efficient repairs Write detailed service estimates using auto estimating software, clearly explaining recommended repairs and maintenance services Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency and integrity Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely at the point of sale Maintain thorough records of all service transactions, customer interactions, and vehicle histories Stay informed about the latest automotive repair techniques and dealership promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive service management and customer relations Extensive mechanic experience with proficiency in automotive diagnostics across various systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, oil changes, and diesel engines Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge Skilled in auto estimating software and sales techniques to maximize upselling opportunities Mechanical knowledge covering auto repair procedures such as tire service, alignment, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repair Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service Familiarity with automotive repair standards and safety protocols related to dealership operations Join our team if you're passionate about cars and dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
