What You'll Do As an Express Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping customers safely on the road while building the technical foundation for a successful automotive career.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services according to manufacturer standards Diagnose and repair automotive systems including brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, and air conditioning Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools Conduct vehicle test drives when necessary Identify maintenance concerns and repair opportunities Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Continuously learn new repair procedures, technology, and service standards What Success Looks Like In Your First 90
Days:
Complete onboarding and technical training successfully Learn dealership service procedures and expectations Demonstrate strong attention to detail and safety practices Consistently complete assigned repair orders accurately and efficiently Build positive working relationships with advisors and technicians Show measurable growth in productivity and technical knowledge
