Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Lube / Tire Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, performing essential services such as oil changes, tire replacements, and routine inspections. Your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in top condition, fostering trust and loyalty with our valued clients. Responsibilities Perform oil changes using hand tools and power tools efficiently and accurately. Conduct tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacements to ensure optimal safety and performance. Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and prolong tire life. Diagnose basic automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential repairs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools to promote safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Experience with oil changes, tire service, wheel alignment, and general vehicle maintenance. Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required in automotive service work. Service technician experience with a focus on customer satisfaction is a plus. Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures is desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction.
