In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing vehicle aesthetics, privacy, and UV protection while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise tint application Measure and cut window tint films accurately to fit different vehicle makes and models Apply window tint films smoothly, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections Use hand tools and power tools safely during installation processes Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to safety and aesthetic standards Assist with related vehicle modifications such as auto glass replacement or detailing as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace, properly storing tools and materials after each job Requirements Proven experience as an automotive window tint technician, preferably with dealership or professional shop background Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including auto body repair, glass installation, and vehicle maintenance Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) considerations during tinting processes Hands-on experience with auto glass installation, assembly, and auto estimating procedures is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and mechanic experience highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us if you're passionate about automotive craftsmanship and eager to deliver top-tier service!
