Automotive Technician/Mechanic - NO WEEKENDS

What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on, lead-level role with a mix of diagnostics, repair, and team communication. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles (most makes & light trucks) Handle everything from brakes and suspension to drivability and more complex issues like engine and transmission replacement Communicate clearly with our service advisor on findings, recommendations, and repair plans Build complete, accurate repair plans (parts + labor using standard guides) Perform thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) on every vehicle Identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, and long-term vehicle health items Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and efficiency Be a leader in the shop through example, attitude, and work quality What I'm Looking For 3+ years experience (independent shop or dealership) Strong diagnostic ability and problem-solving mindset ASE certifications are a plus (but not required if you know your stuff) Positive attitude and team-first mentality Someone who wants stability and a place to grow , not just another job Why Techs Stay Here No weekends. Consistent hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Clean, organized, air-conditioned & heated shop Small, supportive team (1 service advisor, 3 techs, and an owner who is present and involved) Paid holidays & vacation A shop where your voice is heard and your experience is respected A Note From Me (Owner) I may not have turned wrenches for a living, but I understand how important it is to have a shop that runs well, communicates clearly, and respects your time and skill.
