Technician Job Description Begin your career as a route delivery helper, becoming familiar with our customers, stops, locations, and equipment. This role involves delivering and unloading 50lb bags of softener salt, with an average of 250 bags per day. You will need to load and unload by hand, and may use a dolly in some cases. Responsibilities Deliver and unload 50lb bags of softener salt to various locations. Familiarize with customer routes and equipment. Perform tasks using a dolly or by hand as required. Maintain a clean driving record while operating delivery vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients at their sites. Essential Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs 250 times a day. This role requires physical endurance and the ability to handle repetitive lifting in a variety of settings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cold Spring, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
