PM Compensation:

Position Overview:

Midwest Staffing Group is seeking a Mobile Tire Service Technician for a full-time, direct-hire position. The selected candidate will perform tire maintenance and repair services using a Mobile Service Van, ensuring top-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Tire Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform visual inspections, repairs, mounting, balancing, and dismounting of tires using tools such as torque wrenches. Calibrate and maintain tire pressure and TPMS sensors. Identify and carry out light mechanical work as needed.

Mobile Van Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections of the Mobile Service Van and coordinate repairs with the Location Manager.

Customer Service:

Provide courteous, clear communication to customers from start to finish. Research and resolve issues, ensuring exceptional service throughout the process.

Quality Control:

Ensure adherence to torque specifications and safety protocols. Record customer and vehicle information for proper tracking in point-of-sale systems.

Additional Support:

Assist other tire technicians during downtime. Participate in company events, showcasing the Mobile Van and services.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licenses:

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Must have at least 1 year of commercial or agriculture experience

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 125 lbs and perform tasks requiring significant physical effort, such as climbing, walking, and stooping. Regular exposure to automotive fluids, dust, and loud noise. Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
