Competitive, based on experience Join Our Team! We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience who enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, industrial equipment, and automated systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues. Visually inspect and test equipment to identify malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Disassemble, repair, rebuild, and reassemble machinery using hand and power tools. Install, align, and test machinery to verify proper operation. Install and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, sensors, and control components. Install, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed. Replace bearings, belts, chains, gears, motors, pumps, and other mechanical components. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory. Coordinate with vendors to source replacement parts and equipment. Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining CNC machinery and automated production equipment. Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar). Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Forklift, aerial lift, or other industrial equipment certifications are a plus. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
