Job Description
Kruse Motors is seeking Automotive Service Technicians! We are hiring all levels of Technicians from entry level to class A! The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining (Ford and Lincoln) vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. This role requires a mix of technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Family owned and operated business with a great work atmosphere Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with efficiency and accuracy Examine vehicles to identify necessary repairs or safety items that may not be included on the repair order Communicate with service advisors and supervisors regarding job status and findings Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment Attend and successfully complete factory training as required Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsSkills and Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (often 50 lbs or more) Attention to detail and accuracy Time management and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Integrity, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the eagerness to improveQualifications:
Valid drivers license High School Diploma (preferred) At least 1 year automotive repair experience (preferred)ASE Certification Benefits:
