A-Level Automotive Technician | Up to $120K+ | Twin Cities Twin Cities, MN $45-$50/Flat-Rate Hour Monday-Friday Schedule Asian Import Focus | Subaru & Toyota Experience a Plus Built for a Strong Diagnostic Technician Are you an A-Level Technician who can consistently turn hours, solve tough problems, and produce quality work? A well-established, multi-location automotive repair group in the Twin Cities is looking for a top-tier technician who excels in diagnostics, electrical work, and Asian import repair. This is a strong opportunity for a skilled flat-rate producer who wants steady workflow, professional leadership, modern systems, and a shop that rewards experience. What You'll Get $45-$50 per flat-rate hour $110,000-$120,000+ typical annual earnings Hybrid flat-rate pay structure Additional $1/hour for each active ASE certification Paid ASE testing Paid training Monday-Friday schedule Strong workflow and earning opportunity Modern, professional shop environment Long-term career growth Benefits Health insurance after 90 days Company covers 50% of employee premium 401(k) with 3% company contribution after 12 months
