As a Master Technician, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-tier service, keeping their vehicles running smoothly and safely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your advanced mechanical skills and automotive knowledge in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including powertrain, diesel engines, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and auto body repairs. Execute complex mechanical repairs such as engine rebuilds, transmission work, welding, and alignment procedures to restore vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts with precision. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs performed to ensure transparency and quality control. Assist in training junior technicians by sharing expertise on automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and maintenance procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Strong background in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs with a focus on GM vehicles preferred. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, alignment procedures, diesel engine repair, and auto body work is highly desirable. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics reading, powertrain components, and maintenance protocols. Skilled in using diagnostic software, welding equipment, and various hand and power tools required for complex repairs. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot effectively and perform repairs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
