Automotive Lube Technician (Full
- Time) 1201 Highway 3 South, Northfield, MN 55057 $18
- $22 an hour
- Full-time $18

- Full-time Full-time position to work Tuesday
- Thursday, 9:30am to 6:00pm, Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
Vehicle Maintenance- performing oil changes, replacing filters (oil, air, cabin), tire rotations, checking and topping off fluids Fluid Services
- draining engine oil, changing oil filters, greasing fittings, and checking/filling fluids according to manufacture recommendations Inspections
- conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including checking for oil leaks, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition Minor Repairs
- replacing wiper blades or batteries, and diagnosing potential issues Safety and Cleanliness
- maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to company policies Customer Service
- explain services and addressing customer's needs, questions, and concerns Inventory Management
- maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies Maintain accurate records of services performed and any recommendations for additional work
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly wage for this opportunity is $18.00/hour to $22.00/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, and certification & licensure. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees. Previous experience working at a dealership, independent and/or tire shop, chain store, muffler/brake shop, Theisen's or Walmart as a Lube Technician.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to complete job assignments with high quality in timely manner Strong attention to detail Ability to read and follow complex directions in manuals as well as relay information in reports Working knowledge of automotive service procedures and mechanic tools Physical ability to perform tasks related to the position such as bending, reaching, standing for long periods of time, and heavy lifting as needed.
