Job Description

JC Automotive Service Center/Freeway Motors of Rogers, MN is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We are a busy, family-owned used car dealership that is growing. We've been in business for over 30 years. We are a well-known service department in our area and are dedicated not only to our customers, but also our employees. We are looking to add a Service Advisor to our team who is pleasant, friendly, outgoing, and driven. This individual must also be people oriented, enjoy working with the customers, and good with solving problems.
Work schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm (NO
WEEKENDS!

Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments Greets customers in a friendly and timely manner with professionalism Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order Develop a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Effectively inform customer of all completed work and all charges Process warranties

Organized and detail orientated Exceptional customer service skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
