- $100K Once Fully Trained Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles and heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles and heavy equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Conduct electrical repairs, including air brake systems and suspension components. Provide tire services, including installation, rotation, and balancing. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic in automotive repair or heavy equipment operation. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and diagnostics. Familiarity with air brake systems and suspension maintenance is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
