is committing major resources to their Service department not only for the reconditioning of their inventory but to grow all of our services. . We have endless amounts of work, no factory warranty labor time guide and an amazing culture. If this interests you, it may be time for you to "come home" to a long term company. If you have any questions on this ad please ask before putting it out. A Tech - Pay up to the $50's per flat rate hour for the most qualified technician. This is for the "A" level technician that is a turn key problem solver that can repair and recondition vehicles with premium craftsmanship and speed. With our work load and our balanced approach on technician body count, this technician should be able to flag 50-75 hours per week. Guarantee is available as well and will be discussed. A level pay for A level performance. B/C Tech - Pay up to the $30's-40's per flat rate hour based on certs and experience. This technician will not only have the potential to flag 50 hours plus per week, but will also be working around other A techs- continued training and opportunity for growth long term. Guarantee is available for the right applicant and will be discussed.
