Job Description

Tiremaxx Service Centers is a trusted leader in automotive repair and tire services, dedicated to providing high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Tire & Auto Service Technician to join our team. Position Overview The Tire & Auto Service Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of tire-related and basic automotive maintenance services. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, takes pride in their work, and is committed to safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for cars, SUVs, and light trucks along with TPMS service Mount and repair tires for medium duty and heavy duty trucks, ag equipment, and construction equipment Perform basic automotive services, including oil changes, fluid checks, battery installation, and filter replacements Conduct general inspections and alert management to safety concerns or additional service recommendations Use proper equipment and follow all safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner Opportunities are available to candidates who show proficiency in basic services to be trained in other service areas, such as: alignments, brakes, and steering & suspension service Qualifications Prior experience in tire service or automotive repair preferred , but willing to train the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to adhere to safety and quality standards Dependable, motivated, and able to work well with a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for overtime 401K with company match Paid time off / holidays Employee discounts on services and products Uniform program Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth M-F work week Jan-Sept, rotating Saturdays Oct-Dec (8am-Noon)
