At 7:00 AM, you clock in at one of our 40+ U.S. locations. Work orders are queued, parts are staged, and by mid-morning you're deep into a hydraulic diagnosis on a boom truck. After lunch, you're rebuilding a cylinder, running dielectric tests on a bucket truck, and closing out documentation before 3:30 PM. When utilities, telecom, construction, forestry, oil, and rail customers need uptime, you make it happen. We're adding a Service Technician/Mechanic with strong hydraulic and equipment repair skills to our team. Your Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime as needed) Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package and 401(k) with match Paid time off and holidays Training and career development Uniforms plus safety boot & eyewear allowance The Equipment You'll Master Boom Trucks & Cranes (Load King, Terex, Manitowoc, Elliott, National) Bucket & Dump Trucks Digger Derricks Utility Equipment & more What Your Day Looks Like Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems across utility trucks and related equipment. Troubleshoot with schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic software (QuickServe, DTNA, etc.). Perform DOT, ANSI, and dielectric inspections and testing to ensure compliance and safety. Rebuild gearboxes, outriggers, hydraulic cylinders, and other critical components. Execute preventative maintenance and verify repairs with post-repair testing. Complete accurate work orders, parts requests, and service documentation. Keep a safe, clean, and professional work area—in the shop and in the field. What You Bring High school diploma or GED. 3+ years as a technician/mechanic working on heavy equipment or utility trucks. Demonstrated hydraulic troubleshooting expertise (required). Electrical and welding experience (preferred). Valid driver's license and personal tools. Self-directed with strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines. Comfort working in shop and field settings, including lifting and working at heights.
