This position plays a key role in our vehicle refurbishment process — handling everything from mechanical repairs and diagnostics to light welding and electrical troubleshooting. - Perform comprehensive mechanical inspections and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately
- Complete vehicle scanning and communicate findings
- Conduct light welding and fabrication as needed
- Handle basic electrical work and wiring diagnostics
- Collaborate with other Renew departments (Refurb, Paint, Detail) to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Test drive vehicles to confirm quality of repair work
- Follow all safety and quality control standards Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various vehicle systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve across multiple disciplines
- Experience with welding and light fabrication
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems
- Ability to read, write, and document findings clearly
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and remain on foot for up to 8 hours per day Preferred Experience
- Prior work in a dealership , auto body , or mechanical shop environment
- Experience working with adaptive or custom vehicles a plus Hours Monday - Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm
