Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing repair orders and shop workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable about automotive repair, and confident in communicating with customers about both standard maintenance and custom upgrades. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Build estimates for repairs, maintenance, tires, wheels, and suspension upgrades Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines Upsell services when appropriate (without being pushy) Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-ups Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes Experience with tires, wheels, and/or suspension upgrades is a big plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with shop management software (experience with Protractor or similar is a plus) Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive pay (base + commission) Steady, year-round work Opportunities to work with custom builds and performance upgrades Supportive team environment Employee discounts on parts, tires, and services Paid time off / holidays (customize as needed) Why Join Us?
