Development Technician - Wyoming, MN $26-$30/hr | Full-Time Contract | Immediate Opening Equity Staffing Group is hiring a Development Technician in Wyoming, MN to support a global leader in powersports, working on next-generation off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (flexible start time) Fully onsite What You'll Do Tear down and rebuild engines, transmissions, and vehicles Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Instrument vehicles for testing Support engineering teams with prototype testing Perform inspections, repairs, maintenance, and data collection Qualifications Technical degree in Automotive, Powersports, Diesel, or related field OR 3+ years of hands-on automotive, powersports, small engine, or heavy equipment experience Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license Passion for vehicles and attention to detail If you enjoy working on cutting-edge vehicle technology and want an opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader, we'd love to hear from you!
