Diagnosing advanced electrical, drivability, and network-related concerns Solving complex repairs that other technicians cannot resolve Assisting technicians with difficult diagnostics and repairs Managing STAR Cases and manufacturer technical support requests Performing quality control inspections before vehicle delivery Mentoring and developing younger technicians Supporting shop workflow, efficiency, and productivity Helping build a culture of excellence throughout the service department What Makes MAG Different?
