Key Responsibilities Perform routine lube and oil changes in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Conduct inspections of vehicles, identifying any potential issues and recommending necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical components. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record. Nice to have Certifications in automotive service or related fields. Experience with customer relationship management systems.
