Medium/ Heavy Duty Truck Technician

Inland Truck Parts & Service is currently looking to hire an experienced Medium/ Heavy Duty Service Technician. If you have experience working on light/medium trucks, we would love to talk to you! Our techs often receive specialized training in high demand classes such as: Paccar MX13 Engine and Aftertreatment Diagnosis & Rebuild and Overhaul, International DT466 & Maxxforce, DT 466/11/13 Engine Aftertreatment Diagnostics, Mack Mp7-MP10 Engine and Aftertreatment Diagnostics , and more. Because we work on all makes and models , we want our technicians to be prepared for whatever comes through the door! Job Responsibilities for a Service Technician / Mechanic Work schedule: Monday - Friday (no nights or weekends) Pay range: $30.00- $40.00 per hour, but really depends on experience/skills set. Minimum 5 years of experience. The position will involve, but not be limited to, the following: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on class 6 to class 8 heavy-duty trucks Excellent troubleshooting capabilities within all heavy-duty truck and trailer systems componentry.

hydraulics, engines, electrical, drive train, suspension, HVAC, braking systems, etc. Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment Work independently, as well as part of a team Preference given to candidates who have a CDL, are software savvy, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly, and a desire for career advancement.
