Job Description
Job Summary Base Salary + Commission We are currently seeking a Powersports Build Technician to join our growing team! This role is responsible for assembling new units such as ATVs, side-by-sides and motorcycles to manufacturer specifications. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assemble new powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs and motorcycles Inspect and prepare units for showroom display or customer delivery Install accessories and perform dealer prep services Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with service department overflow as needed Communicate with the Service Manager about job progress and issues Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools Prior experience working with powersports, automotive, or small engines (preferred but not required) Ability to follow instructions, read technical manuals, and work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and advancement opportunities Employee discounts on units, parts, and service Supportive team environment Health and Life Insurance 401(k) Matching Paid Vacation Join the Midwest Sports Center Team!
