Job Description
Job Summary Base Salary + Commission We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lube Technician to perform essential maintenance services on a variety of powersports vehicles. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our customers' ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, and watercraft in top condition. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes, lubrication services, filter replacements, and basic fluid services on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, PWCs, and other powersports equipment. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and shop procedures. Accurately document services performed and parts used in the service management system. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with service advisors and customers. Support the service team with general shop duties and seasonal rush periods. Qualifications Previous experience as a lube tech, quick lube technician, or in powersports/marine/automotive service preferred (entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic will be considered). Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (powersports endorsement a plus). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Willingness to obtain manufacturer certifications (training provided).
