Join our dynamic automotive dealership team as a Dealership Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our valued customers. Positions available range in skill ability from entry level express service to B tech and master techs. other brand certification is relative to beginning pay. Flat rate pay positions with 40 hour guarantee and ability to flag as much time as you want to produce. Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and brakes. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles in peak condition. Utilize schematics, diagnostic tools, and automotive software to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Repair or replace mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools. Work on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), diesel engines, and powertrain components to ensure vehicles meet safety standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and perform auto body repairs when necessary. Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders accurately, and communicate effectively with customers about repairs needed. Proven experience with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Hands-on experience with ADAS technology, schematics interpretation, diesel engine repair, and automotive electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software for effective repairs. Ability to perform wheel alignments, vehicle maintenance tasks, and powertrain diagnostics confidently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly in documentation Strong mechanical aptitude complemented by experience working on automotive service projects in a fast-paced dealership environment.
