Job Description

Job Summary Express Employment is assisting a local company in Ironton, Mo hire for an Automotive Mechanic. Pay starts at $20hr, based on experience.
MUST HAVE MECHANIC EXPERIENCE!
Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and suspension repairs to optimize vehicle safety and performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs, replacements, welding, and maintenance tasks. Service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features such as lane departure warnings and collision avoidance systems. Execute auto body repairs when necessary and ensure vehicles meet safety standards before returning to customers. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed using auto estimating software and follow dealership or shop procedures for vehicle maintenance documentation.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
