Experienced Automotive Technician (Up to $45/Hour)
Location:
Joplin, MO Schedule:
Monday-Friday (No Weekends) We're growing and looking to add an experienced Automotive Technician to our team. Whether you're an A-Level or B-Level Technician , we offer a professional work environment, strong compensation, ongoing training, and a culture built around teamwork and customer service. Compensation A-Level Technician $35-$45/hour Flat Rate B-Level Technician $28-$34/hour Flat Rate What We're Looking For A-Level or B-Level automotive technician 5+ years of automotive repair experience Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience writing estimates and communicating repair needs Stable work history Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Tekmetric experience is a plus Comfortable participating in customer vehicle presentations ("show-and-tells") Professional attitude, appearance, and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality work Benefits & Perks Health Insurance Vision & Dental Insurance $50,000 Life Insurance Policy Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Ongoing Training & Career Development Team Outings & Company Events Uniforms Provided Air-Conditioned Shop Why Join Our Team?
