Reporting to the Service Manager, your core skills in RV diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance will be essential in diagnosing issues and performing repairs. Your premium experience in dealership and service technician roles will enhance your ability to deliver high-quality service. Additionally, relevant skills in customer service and auto body repair will contribute to a positive customer experience, making you a vital asset to our team. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical issues on RVs. Conduct routine maintenance. Utilize hand tools and equipment to repair and replace components. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications Proficient in RV diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Skilled in using hand tools and performing maintenance RV technician experience. Electrical experience is a plus Strong customer service skills
