WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL THIS ROLE IN OUR KANSAS CITY LOCATION. JOB DESCRIPTION
Service Advisors spend the majority of their time in an office setting, although they frequently visit the repair shop. Duties and responsibilities may include the following: Service advisors are responsible for providing an
OUTSTANDING
client experience! You will be a part of our client-centric philosophy where we take care of the Client FIRST and the Car SECOND. You must have a culture of "Yes"! Keeping your team morale up as you are the liaison between your technicians and the client! Upon receiving an inspection report from your technicians, you are responsible to generate estimates for all maintenance and repair items using our shop management software. Presenting clients with all repairs suggested by your talented technicians. You will estimate and present the technician's findings to the client in an efficient and effective manner. Educate and inform them on the stats of their vehicle (the good, the bad, the ugly). Upon approval from the client, you are responsible for sourcing the parts after checking all part vendors for best part quality, best availability and best price. Use quality parts when available and ensure the client leaves with a vehicle that is safe and reliable. Tracking parts delivery and if a core is needed, then verify with our technician immediately to ensure the delivered parts are correct. Fully documenting every ticket to justify each repair . Verify that you produce full documentation on every repair order(Concern, Cause, Correction). Keep our clients informed by updating them throughout each day and giving prompt action to phone calls, emails, voicemails, text messages and other sales activity. Maintaining shop cleanliness (interior, exterior, bathrooms, garage) by establishing practices that ensure routine cleaning and maintenance of the entire shop ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS 3
years experience in service advising or other sales equivalent role High school diploma Valid driver's license ASE certifications are encouraged but not required
