Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Service Vehicle Porter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face responsible for moving service vehicles efficiently within our dealership premises. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure smooth vehicle flow, excellent guest experiences, and support our overall service operations. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently move service vehicles within the dealership lot, including parking and retrieving vehicles for customers and technicians Assist guests with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, providing friendly and professional customer service Maintain clean and organized vehicle staging areas to ensure safety and accessibility Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and location updates Support dealership staff with light manual tasks related to vehicle movement and organization Assistance in maintaining the facility Follow all safety protocols related to vehicle movement and parking lot operations Skills Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong knowledge of hospitality principles to enhance customer experiences Valid driving license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles Regular and on time attendance Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests Previous dealership or delivery driver experience is preferred Ability to listen and follow directions Join us as a Service Vehicle Porter to be an integral part of our team that values dedication, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences.
