What You'll Do As an Automotive Technician at Bird Automotive, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate diagnostics including electrical, drivability, and noise concerns Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time Perform digital vehicle inspections and clearly document findings Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture What We're Looking For We want technicians who care about doing things the right way — not just the fast way.
Qualifications:
3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills (A/B level technician preferred) Experience with general repair and maintenance Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Bonus Points:
ASE certifications Experience with Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, or similar shop management systems Leadership or mentoring experience Benefits & Perks We believe great technicians deserve a great workplace.
