Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and comprehensive repairs on a broad spectrum of vehicles, including domestic, Euro, and Asian brands. Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and software. Clearly communicate diagnostic findings and recommended repairs to Service Advisors, ensuring effective customer communication. Execute repairs and maintenance according to industry standards and internal quality guidelines. Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, diagnostic methods, and best practices. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and completed work orders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman-level Automotive Technician. Strong diagnostic proficiency across mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. ASE Master Certification highly preferred or a commitment to rapidly attain and maintain advanced certifications. Must possess a complete set of personal automotive diagnostic and repair tools. Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
