This entry-level automotive position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. As a Tire & Lube Technician, you will perform routine maintenance services that help keep our customers' vehicles operating safely and efficiently while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional dealership environment. Our team-focused culture provides ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and the support needed to grow into higher-level technician positions. Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications. Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires. Inspect tire tread depth, tire pressure, and overall tire condition. Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors. Check and top off vehicle fluids including coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, and power steering fluid. Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Properly utilize dealership equipment, hand tools, and shop machinery. Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures. Assist service technicians as needed to improve shop efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service through quality workmanship and attention to detail. Qualifications Previous automotive, tire, or lube service experience preferred but not required. State and Emissions inspector license. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
