RV Park Maintenance Tech

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled RV Park Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our Campground. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining park facilities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing repairs that enhance guest experience. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will help create a welcoming environment where visitors feel comfortable and secure. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on park infrastructure, including roads, utilities, and recreational facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Conduct mechanical repairs on park equipment, fixtures, and structures to ensure safety and durability. Maintain electrical systems by replacing wiring, outlets, switches, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Execute residential painting projects to maintain the visual appeal of park buildings and amenities. Landscaping and maintaining park grounds. Perform plumbing repairs and installations as needed for park utilities. Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety regulations and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service to park guests. Fill propane cylinders and onboarding Motorhomes (certification provided) for guests and company use. Maintain pool cleaning and chemical testing (during summer season). Escort guests to their sites. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role within manufacturing or residential settings. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience, including working with PLCs and schematics. Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshooting methods. Experience with residential painting projects is a plus but not required. Customer service skills that help foster positive interactions with park visitors while addressing maintenance needs promptly.
