What Sets Us Apart Well-lit, modern repair facility designed for productivity Exceptionally clean restrooms (yes, it matters—and we take pride in it) Top-tier break room with full kitchen Company-provided lunch every Friday Company-supplied uniforms Advanced workflow with digital inspections Perform dealer-level reprogramming and calibrations A company with vision, growth, and long-term opportunity What You'll Be Doing Advanced diagnostics and repair across all makes and models Electrical and drivability diagnostics using lab scopes and waveform analysis Working on gas, diesel, and hybrid vehicles Reviewing TSBs and applying real-world solutions for clients Performing accurate digital inspections with integrity Communicating cause and correction clearly and professionally Contributing to a high-level team that values doing the job right the first time What We're Looking For (All-Star Only) 5+ years of high-level automotive diagnostic experience Strong in electrical diagnostics and lab scope usage Experience with diesel and hybrid systems (preferred) Ability to diagnose all makes and models ASE Certifications strongly preferred o We reimburse ASE testing costs upon passing Professional, driven, and accountable Strong communicator with both team and clients Motivated to grow with a company that's expanding Compensation & Benefits $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (Flag Rate, based on skill level) Full-time (40 hours/week)
