Job Description

Park Hills Chevrolet is seeking a Service Coordinator / BDC Representative to support our growing Fixed Operations department. This hybrid role combines customer communication, appointment coordination, customer retention follow-up, and service lane operational support in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day while maintaining a high level of customer service and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments and service-related questions Perform outbound follow-up for declined services, open estimates, missed appointments, and customer retention activities Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding appointment status, vehicle updates, and service follow-up needs Assist with appointment management, scheduling flow, and service communication coordination throughout the day Support department KPI initiatives related to operational performance Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity tracking within dealership systems Coordinate communication between advisors, technicians, parts, and customers to support an efficient service experience Assist with customer check-in and overall service lane workflow support as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone presence and strong organizational ability Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software systems Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong follow-through required Valid driver's license required Work Environment This position works in and around an active service drive environment with frequent customer traffic, vehicle movement, and regular opening and closing of service bay doors during seasonal weather conditions.
