Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Mechanic and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles in top condition, providing them with confidence and peace of mind. We are seeking motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automotive excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, powertrain components, suspension, steering, brakes, and electrical systems. Service vehicles with oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and tire service to maintain optimal performance. Repair or replace ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components and perform wheel alignments to ensure vehicle safety features function correctly. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for mechanical repairs while adhering to safety standards. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair procedures to execute repairs precisely. Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and estimates. Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation. Experience repairing diesel engines, GM vehicles preferred but not required. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, auto body repair, welding, and auto estimating is advantageous. Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, wheel alignments, and tire services efficiently. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment while maintaining safety protocols. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
